A fun workshop where we will look at how to not overthink a piece of work and allow our heart to rule over your head. Taking ideas from experience and our emotional connection, we will look at how an image can represent a state of mind, a period of time, a mood, or a piece of music.

Please bring along an mp3 player with headphones and a favourite piece of music to inspire you. Richard will demonstrate lots of different techniques and provide you with your own canvas to take away with you.

Richard Mace is a History of Art Tutor at Ruskin Mill College in Gloucestershire. Before teaching, Richard had his own graphic design company, which specialised in corporate identity and logos.
